For the safety of our clients and staff, as well as providing enhanced privacy for metals transactions, we have implemented a few new procedures here at our office. We would like to let all of our repeat customers know as soon as possible, as these changes have already been implemented.
We have instituted a minimum purchase for in-store transactions for all new customers calling or walking in for the first time. The minimum purchase required is –
1 oz of gold or
50 oz of silver
Roughly a $1,000 to $2,000 transaction.
For out of state clients, we have a 100 oz of silver or 5 oz of gold minimum purchase `for orders that require shipment.
This minimum purchase requirement does not apply to existing clients. We would love to see all of your familiar faces for years to come!
A minimum purchase does apply for orders needing to be shipped. The order must include at least 5 oz of gold or 100 oz of silver to qualify for a shipped order.
First of all, we truly value any and all referrals to our small business. If you are referring a friend or family member to us, please be aware of the purchase minimum in effect for new customers. Exceptions may be able to be made, but please call us before hand to make sure we have the capacity to handle what your referral is looking for.
In the past, we have always been open to any and all walk-in traffic for buying and selling precious metals coins and bars. Unfortunately, due to the changing climate of our world, we have needed to implement some additional security at our entrance.
Effective immediately, buzzer entrance is required by first using the intercom to speak to someone inside the office. You will need to provide your name and the nature of your visit. If you have the name of the broker you normally deal with, please provide it over the intercom as we will be keeping a list of clients who have called ahead to let us know they are coming.
We want to make sure our clients feel safe and secure while handling their purchase or sale of metals so we are always looking to improve our processes.
